Teach Happiness

Facilitate a child’s success in school and in life

Why is Social Emotional Learning (SEL) important?

SEL is a process for helping our youth develop the fundamental skills for life-effectiveness. Socially and emotionally competent children are skilled in five core areas: they are self-aware and socially aware, are able to regulate emotions, have good relationship skills, demonstrate responsible decision-making throughout all areas of life, and can set and monitor progress towards goals. Early investments in SEL yield long-term dividends.

What makes our programs different than the rest?

We took a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to teaching SEL to youth, based on the science of happiness – including a mindful moment and awe image for every chapter, among several activities per lesson. Additionally, our curriculum is scripted, so that anybody, whether or not they’ve received formal training on SEL, can feel confident teaching these invaluable skills.

Our Global Community

Our evidence-based emotional resilience curriculum has received rave reviews from teachers, administrators, parents and most importantly students by providing proven skills to thrive in an ever-changing world. In over 120 countries and in every state in the US, students from all backgrounds are learning to reduce stress, regulate their emotions, develop pro-social skills and build on their strengths.
