Circles of Happiness

One great way to energize your own happiness journey is to be part of a Circle of Happiness. You get together with a group of friends or get to know new people from your community. Having happiness buddies and regularly scheduled get-togethers ensures that you will have continuity and a fun supportive atmosphere while expanding your happiness. Happiness is like a muscle, the more you practice, the stronger it grows.

Practice Happiness in 15 Minutes a Day – A Series
