Our Mission and Vision

Though we can’t always control what happens in life, it’s good to know we can control how we deal with it. We can find ways to create the best life possible.

We believe that every person can learn ways to become happier by developing awareness about the choices we all make in the face of day to day challenges. With some easy and fun training, our new choices can make life better. As we become more aware of who we are, master our emotions more effectively, recognize our strengths, and build our character, we cultivate compassion for ourselves and for others.

Project Happiness, a 501(c)3 organization, specializes in emotional resilience-building programs that are used by people of any age and endorsed by public schools, private institutions and Universities around the U.S. and the world. Our purpose is to provide proven techniques to cultivate one’s own authentic happiness.

Drawn from research in positive psychology and neuroscience, Project Happiness’ strength-based approach teaches vital social and emotional skills. Using books, film and educational programs, we’re empowering children, families and communities to create happier, more meaningful lives.

Our Vision

  • School bullying will no longer be a socially accepted behavior
  • Young adults will be taught to know and value their passions and personal strengths, and become more compassionate to themselves and others
  • Building one’s character will be as important as building one’s resume
  • Success will be measured by the degree to which we experience meaningful, fulfilling lives (not just by our job titles and credentials)

Are these goals achievable? Absolutely! Join us, and be part of the movement. The world is ready for these changes.

It’s time to raise the bar.
